Hatch and door handles

We manufacture the handles in stainless steel AISI-316 or in zinc coated carbon steel C-45, with quality certificates. The bearing’s support that is welded to the hatch or to the door is manufactured in stainless steel AISI-316L, carbon steel or in aluminium that allows welding. All the handles are provided with two self-lubricating bronze bearings and a stainless steel straight-ball greaser.

Our handles are marked with the letters that identify our brand: MN.

Applications:

• Watertight doors and marine deck hatches.

• Doors of wind generators in wind parks.

• Watertight cubicles’ doors.

We have available in stock wedges manufactured in stainless steel AISI-316L and in carbon steel according to dimensions standardized by Spanish Shipyards (100x20x20 mm, slope 1/12). We can manufacture the wedges in any other dimensions and materials on request.

We have available in stock bearing’s supports manufactured in stainless steel AISI-316L, carbon steel or aluminium with dimensions Ø45xØ32x66 mm.

We have available in stock self-lubricating bearings manufactured in bronze.
